What do you get when you combine a passion for Australian made spirits and house made jaffles? An award winning, yet decidedly unpretentious bar named after John Franklin, the governor who outlawed small pot stills in Van Diemen's Land circa 1840.

Celebrating all things Aussie circa 1970—the logo draws inspiration from hand-painted signs, the colours from oxidised Holden Kingswood paintwork and polyester sofas.
As a secondary brand we designed a crest, designed to reflect a suburban footy club logo.
